Our officers
Drew Ellis, president
Drew has been building in the Upstate for nearly 15 years. He holds an associate degree in carpentry and construction from Bob Jones University. He has years of hands-on experience in the building trades and has been a crew and site foreman, allowing him to develop skills in management, scheduling, and customer relations.
Scott Sullivan, vice president
Scott has started and owned two other companies in the Southeast, one for directional engineering and the other for land surveying. He is experienced in designing infrastructure and developing residential and commercial properties. Scott moved to the Upstate in 2007.
Both men hold residential builders licenses from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation and are OSHA certified. MasterPlan Construction is bonded and insured.
